Why a Olympia Gymnastics Birthday Party?
A Gymnastics Birthday Party is a fun and unique way for any child to celebrate their special day with friends and family. Each child will have the opportunity to experience a variety of activities including some of the following: obstacle course, parachute play, foam pit, balance beam, trampoline, bars and much more! The lesson plan of the gymnastics portion of the party is designed to cater to the age of your guests.
Gymnastics Parties are for ages 3yrs-12yrs
Activities Include
Organized activities geared to the age of the birthday child. This includes tumbling, obstacle course, balance beam, trampolines, parachute play and much more. Option #2 parties includes 15 minutes of play time in our inflatable castle.

- $50 Non-refundable Deposit. Balance due in cash on the day of party.
- Signed waiver forms for all participants (blank waiver forms available on website)
- Accurate count of participants 1 week prior
Important Information:
- A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and parties can be booked by calling 586.803.1333.
- During the food and gift portion of the party, you provide all food, beverages, paper products and table covers.
- Our party room has seating for all of your guests (adults &children).
- Adult guests will be allowed to view from the viewing room. No viewing is allowed in the gym.
- All parties start & end promptly.
- Each participant is required to have a signed waiver on the day of the party. (The required release forms can be found at the top right of this page).
- Each child will receive a ribbon and an Olympia water bottle.
- The birthday child will receive a birthday medal.
- The remaining balance must be paid the day of the party in cash.
- The minimum age to participate is 3 years old. All 3 year old students will need a parent to assist them during the gymnastics.
- Parents who are assisting the 3 year old students will also need a signed waiver.
- Families may arrive 15 minutes prior to party start time to set up.
Option #1 Party
$170 (for 10 participants)
60 minute instructed gymnastics class
60 minutes for presents, food & cake in our viewing area.
$9.00 per each additional child over the 10 participants
Option #2 Party (With Bounce House)
$200 (for 10 participants)
60 minute instructed gymnastics class,
15 minutes in the bounce house &
45 min for presents, food & cake in our viewing area.
$9.00 per each additional child over the 10 participants
Summer Party Times (Mid June-August):
Saturday at 11:00am & 1:30pm
Party Times Offered During the School Year:
Saturday: 3:00pm or 5:30pm
Sunday: 12:00pm or 2:30pm

She can help further explain how our parties run and field any questions or special requests you may have. Renee will contact you a few days prior to your party to get a final guest count and go over party details. The viewing area will be open approx 15 minutes before the start of the party for set up.
