Parent assists the child through class. Develops gross motor skills and fine motor skills through music, movement, exploration and basic gymnastics.
Please note - During the Parent and Tot class, only one adult may accompany the student, and no additional siblings are allowed in the gym area.

A great deal of personal attention is given to develop gymnastic skills, coordination, gross motor skills and fine motor skills. Students will use trampolines, vault, bars, low and medium beams and floor. Students will be taught gymnastic skills that are age appropriate. Music, parachute, rope climbing/swinging and games are used in our lesson plans as added fun and development. All preschool classes are co-ed.
