Parents Information
Registration - will be taken in person or by telephone. Classes will not be held without full payment. If you register by telephone, you must fill out a registration card on or before the first day of your child’s class (new students only).
Registration Fee - Each family must pay the $ 25 annual registration fee. This registration fee is non-refundable.
Families with more than one student will receive a 10% discount for each additional student. Students taking more than one class will receive a 10% discount on each additional class.
Refund Policy
If within the first two weeks of classes you drop a student, you will receive a 100% refund on the class fee. (New students only) Returning students will only receive a refund if the student is withdrawn before the first day of the session. No membership fees will be refunded. If you have any questions about registration please ask at the front desk.
Parent Viewing
We like offering you the opportunity to view at your convenience. Please stay in the parent’s area, no one is allowed in the gym area except for students. Please do not stand at the viewing windows and block the view of other parents trying to watch classes. Please keep complete control of your children while in the viewing area. Do not allow your child to run in the parent’s area.
Make-ups
Make-ups are available for missed classes. You may schedule a makeup by calling or stopping by the front desk. We allow one make-up per session. But, we will try to accommodate up to 3 make-ups in one session. Classes not made up with in the 7 week session will be forfeited. No credits are given for missed classes.
Attire – Students may wear a leotard or shorts and t-shirt and bare feet. Girls must pull their hair back into a pony. No jewelry or watches should be worn, and if earrings are worn they should be post earrings only.
